Governance

The University of Sydney Centre in China is registered in China as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE), under the business name Suzhou Xi Su Commercial Consulting Co., Ltd. The Centre is a controlled entity of the University of Sydney.

The company is governed by a board of directors which oversees the overall management, strategic direction and performance of the company.  The board oversees the development and implementation of the Centre in China strategy and business plans and ensures alignment with the University’s China Strategy.
