Governance

The university of Sydney Centre in China is registered in China as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE), under the business name Suzhou Xi Su Commercial Consulting Co., Ltd. The Centre is a controlled entity of the University of Sydney. The University Executive  Centre in China Steering Committee oversees the Centre’s activities to ensure delivery of its strategic objectives.
